diet

Hello to my blogger friends, yesterday was Mother's day my family cooked so much good food
that had ,ot's of calories, BUT i watched my portions, yeah !!! for me. I started a weight loss program last June, i have lost 80 pounds. My sister -n -law has joined weight watchers and she said in her class on saturday the message was not to stop eating out very interesting i thought.
